  • What is your return policy?
    Not the right fit? Or went overboard with your retail therapy? No worries. We're happy to accept returns on unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached, and shoes must be in shoe boxes) within 30 days of the ship date. In-person returns are free. Mail-in returns have a $5 shipping label fee, which is waived if you opt for a store credit refund. We accept returns at all of our IRL retail locations, through your local Happy Returns Bar, or by mail.
  • Can I make an exchange?
    If you're in the U.S., we offer direct exchanges for a different size of any item, excluding final sale or underwear purchases. We do not offer direct exchanges for different colors, styles, or inseams at this time. If you wish to exchange an item for a different color, style, or length, we recommend creating a return for store credit and using that store credit to place a new order.
  • What are your shipping methods and how long do they take?
    We're working hard to get your order packed quickly. It usually takes about one to three business days for us to pack up and ship out your order. Express and Next Day orders placed before 10 am PT ship out the same business day, and orders placed after 10 am PT or on the weekend will ship the next business day.
  • How do I track my order?
    You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number once your order is packaged at our warehouse. Tracking links generally need 48–72 business hours to be updated with tracking information
